I have a minor attending the festival and I can’t set up a Ticketmaster account for them to transfer the ticket to them. How can they use their ticket?

For minors who don’t have a mobile/smart device, we will make an exception and allow a guardian to have the ticket in the guardian’s Ticketmaster account and scan from the guardian’s device. If additional assistance is required, please visit the box office during operating hours for assistance.
