How do I transfer tickets to a friend?

Your tickets are transferable before you enter the event. 

To transfer your ticket, please follow these steps: 

1. Locate your order on the confirmation email that was sent to you from Vivenu. The email was delivered to you from delivery@emails.vivenu.com. 
2. Click view order
3. Click Transfer Tickets
4. Select the tickets on your order that you would like to transfer and click Proceed
5. Enter the email address of the recipient of your transfer, Click Submit
6. The recipient will receive an email from delivery@emails.vivenu.com where they MUST accept the transfer to receive the ticket

Please note - If the recipient doesn’t accept the transfer via email, they will not be able to use the ticket.

To cancel a transfer, please follow these steps: 

1. Locate your order on the confirmation email that was sent to you from Vivenu. The email was delivered to you from delivery@emails.vivenu.com. 
2. Click view order
3. Click Transfer Tickets
4. Click Cancel Transfer next to the ticket transfer you need to cancel
